The playwright and actress Alba Pujol holds a conversation with her father, professor of Economic History, during her last cycle of chemotherapy. The urge to die leads to life. The play is an adaptation of the transcriptions of these conversations, in which Cioran, Shakespeare, Lacan, Gil de Biedma, the Coen brothers, Dr. Benito, Eugenio and Peter Handke accompany us on the journey.
The author and director Alex Rigola was asked to make a play about death and the result is a performance about individualism, neoliberalism, the family, what is immaterial, humanity, the group, existentialism, survival, friendship, love… in short, a play about life.
