The Pabellón 6 Youth Company returns to the Arriaga Theatre with a vindicatory play. It reflects the story of four sisters who, after suffering the consequences of a dictatorship first-hand, decide to take control of their lives, shaking the foundations of an entire country.
Half reality, half fiction, “My last dance” is a tribute to The Butterflies, who fought to their death defending the rights of women and their people, becoming martyrs and heroines. In their honour, every 25 November, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, commemorates the anniversary of their assassination. This is for you, sisters. FREEDOM or DEATH!
