Artxipielagoa is a show that merges song, bertsolarismo, music and projections for the first time ever with the aim of recovering popular singing and the tradition of singing as a family or with friends.
Young and old, any “popular choir”, sing in unison in this profound and innovative Basque show, which combines popular, classic and modern songs performed in a different way thanks to the collaboration of the public. This proposal aims to recover enriching past traditions, such as the love of singing, whilst spreading Basque song.
Different professionals from the Basque cultural sphere have decided to bring together their dreams and artistic disciplines to create a new show together, in which words, songs, images and music each talk from their own island but make up a single archipelago.
