With this stimulating title (it means ‘in dreams’ in Basque) the soprano Miren Urbieta-Vega (Donostia) and the pianist Rubén Fernández Aguirre (Barakaldo) – two references of a brilliant generation of Basque artists – are paying tribute to Basque songs and Basque composers from the twentieth century associated with the intimate and sophisticated world of chamber music: Jesús Guridi (Álava, 1886-1961), Pablo Sorozábal (Donostia, 1897-1988), Andrés Isasi (Bilbao, 1890-1940) and Félix Lavilla (Navarra, 1928-2013), the pianist’s master.
